Do you know someone attending a Virginia college or university with a passion for early childhood education?  Encourage them to apply for the Phyllis V. Roberts Scholarship! The application deadline is March 15, 2025.  They could receive a scholarship of $1000. (A maximum of 3 scholarships are awarded each administration)

Eligible applicants:

• Must be a Virginia resident.

• Submit 3 letters of recommendation from 3 individuals; one of a personal nature, two from recent teachers, counselors, advisors or professors.

• Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and include a transcript from the most recent school attended with the application.

• Include a short statement of interest in Early Childhood Education.

• Include a resume of educational and employment history, along with community service and awards received.

• Applicants can apply for the scholarship each year.
